Location

East and West Barns are located just outside the North East Fife seaside town of Anstruther, which is approximately 7 miles from St. Andrews. 

They are just over 1 hour from Edinburgh Airport or around 2 hours from Glasgow Airport.

From Edinburgh Airport:

Join the M90 in the direction of the Fourth Road Bridge leave at junction 2a for Glenrothes/Kirkcaldy.

Stay on A92 until roundabout for Leven A915. After Leven follow A915 until you are through Colinsburgh.

Take left onto the A9171 for Crail staying on this road crossing the A9131( St. Andrews Rd ) you will be on the A9171 for Crail airfield. East/West Barns are just short of a mile on the left hand side through a pillared entrance for 'Airdrie'.

Travel up the long straight driveway almost to the top, the houses are along the drive to the right of the main farm.
